Product Development Manager

A solid position
- Start date: Immediately
- Schedule: 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. – we are flexible.
- Salary: Your expertise will help us determine your salary.
Your responsibilities
- Develop and integrate new technologies into our solar lighting products.
- Create new solar lighting products/parts.
- Test, monitor and propose solutions and components to improve the efficiency of our current products.
- Contribute to the creation of technical sheets/drawings for our customers.
- Design and repair solar products.
- Any other related tasks.
What you need
- In-depth knowledge of solar technologies (photovoltaics, lighting, etc.).
- RetD skills with the ability to conceptualize, test and implement new ideas.
- Like to work with your hands and be resourceful.
- Familiarity with Fusion 360 or equivalent.
- Academic training or practical experience in solar energy (minimum 3 years).
- Electronics engineer or technician, an asset.
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English, an asset.
